The Fellowship cadre is the Institute’s highest level of professional recognition in the Institute. The Admission to Fellow Course of the Institute is an Advanced Mediation Skills Accreditation and Certification Course, successful completion of which leads to membership of the Fellowship.
Candidates desirous of participating in the Admission to Fellow Course must meet clearly defined eligibility criteria. The criteria are as follows:
1.Prospective Candidate must be a minimum of 30 years and above.
2. Prospective candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in ADR [Mediation, Arbitration, Conflict Resolution] or a related field. Legal Practitioners must possess a minimum of 15 years of post-call practice experience.
3. A professional with evidence of significant contributions to the ADR field, such as publications, casework, and training from a reputable ADR institute.
