Mr. Ope Olugasa is a foremost LegalTech Expert and I.T Consultant, passionate about Legal Technologies and Acceleration of Access to Justice in Africa. An Alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University and Lagos Business School, he recently concluded a Management Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), with a focus on the application of A.I in the Legal Industry, and another course on Blockchains and Smart Contracts. He is currently a participant at the Stanford Seed Transformation Program, a high-impact business transformational program by the Stanford University Graduate Business School for high-potential CEOs and Founders in Africa.
He started his career in Information Technology at the Nigerian Bottling Company Plc (authorized Bottler of Coca- Cola products).
Mr. Ope Olugasa is an innovative Social Entrepreneur, passionate about Empowering Professionals to increase their productivity and efficiency. His passion is to encourage Nigerian Youths to look within and help proffer workable solutions to the numerous problems plaguing the country.
He is the Managing Director of LawPavilion Business Solutions, an organization that pioneered the growth and adoption of LegalTech in Nigerian. He led the development of LAWPAVILION PRIME, Africa’s first Legal Analytics Software, a new feat in Electronic Law Reports and Legal Research that is widely used by Lawyers and Judges. Recently, he led the development of Nigeria’s first Artificial Intelligence Legal Assistant called TIMI.
A regular facilitator at the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS), National Judicial Institute, and many Law Conferences and Workshops both within and outside Nigeria.
